Google Services went back to the normal, you shouldn't encounter any further issues. Thanks for your patience, and sorry for the inconvenience.
We're sorry but following a Google Services outage, you might experience issues accessing your accounts, or uploading files from Google Drive for instance. Please use your regular credentials (with password and emails) rather than the Google SSO if you encounter any login issues. We'll keep you posted as soon as updates will be available, in the meantime you can also take a look on the status page here: https://www.google.com/appsstatus#hl=de&v=status
